Med anledning av översvämningarna i östra Libyen har H.M. Konungen skickat följande kondoleanstelegram till H.E. President al-Menfi

The Queen and I wish to express our deepest condolences on the tragic loss of life caused by the devastating floods in eastern Libya.
We also wish to offer our heartfelt sympathies to the families of the victims and to the people of the State of Libya. Our thoughts are with the injured and we wish them a full recovery.
