Farewell audiences for foreign ambassadors
On Tuesday 31 August, The King held farewell audiences with ambassadors from Norway, Finland, Egypt and Latvia prior to the envoys' departure from Sweden.

The King received the following ambassadors in Princess Sibylla's Apartments at the Royal Palace:
- Ambassador Liisa Talonpoika from Finland
- Ambassador Christian Ulrik Syse from Norway
- Ambassador Alaa Mohamed Salaheldin Hegazy from Egypt
- Ambassador Margers Krams from Latvia
In keeping with tradition, The Queen attended the farewell audiences with the Nordic envoys.
