Condolences to the President of Türkiye

Due to the mine accident in Bartin Province in Türkiye, His Majesty The King has sent the following telegram of condolence to His Excellency President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

The Queen and I wish to express our deepest condolences on the tragic loss of lives following the coal mine explosion in Bartın province.

We also wish to offer our heartfelt sympathies to the families of the victims and to the people of Türkiye.
