Condolences to President Widodo

Due to the plane crash in Indonesia, His Majesty The King has sent the following telegram of condolence to His Excellency President Joko Widodo.

JAKARTA

The Queen and I wish to convey our sincere condolences on the tragic loss of life following the crash of Lion Air passenger flight JT610 bound for the city of Pangkal Pinang on Bangka Island. We offer our heartfelt sympathies to the families of the victims and to the Indonesian people.
