Condolences to President Putin

Due to last Sunday's plane crash in Russia, His Majesty The King has sent the following telegram of condolence to His Excellency President Vladimir Putin.

The Queen and I wish to convey our sincere condolences on the tragic loss of life following the airplane crash outside Moscow on Sunday. We offer our heartfelt sympathies to the families of the victims and to the people of the Russian Federation.
