Mr Ambassador,
Ladies and gentlemen,
Thank you for inviting me to the “Fashion and Textile Museum".
It is a great pleasure for me to open this exhibition on Swedish Fashion.
I am very proud that Sweden, being such a small country, has so many promising and innovative designers. This exhibition will draw attention to young, talented Swedish fashion designers.
I am sure you will find the exhibition inspiring and I hope that it will create curiosity for Swedish design.
By these words I wish the Swedish designers and the Museum good luck and declare the exhibition “Swedish fashion – Exploring a new identity" open.
