The Crown Princess Couple learn about research into organised crime

On Tuesday 26 November, The Crown Princess and Prince Daniel held an audience with doctor of criminology Amir Rostami.

Dr Rostami researches criminology at Stockholm Universityexternal link, opens in new window and the Institute for Futures Studiesexternal link, opens in new window, and has previously worked as a police officer. During the audience, Dr Rostami informed The Crown Princess Couple about his research, which has a particular focus on organised crime, gang crime and extremism.

In November 2018, Dr Rostami published a research report mapping organised crime in Sweden.
