On Saturday 31 August, The Crown Princess attended the confirmation of Princess Ingrid Alexandra of Norway.

The Crown Princess is Princess Ingrid Alexandra's godmother. Together with the Norwegian Royal Family and the other godparents, The Crown Princess attended the confirmation service in the Palace Chapel at the Royal Palace in Oslo.

Princess Ingrid Alexandra was born on 21 January 2004, and was christened on 17 April that same year.

Princess Ingrid Alexandra is the daughter of the Crown Prince and Crown Princess of Norway. She is second in line to the Norwegian throne, after her father Crown Prince Haakon.
