On Wednesday 8 December, The King attended the Nobel Prize Concert at Stockholm Concert Hall.

The annual Nobel Prize Concert is part of the official Nobel Week programme. The concert pays tribute to this year's Nobel Laureates.

As well as the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra, performers also included invited artists and conductors. This year's soloist was cellist Sol Gabetta, who performed Camille Saint-Saëns' Cello Concerto No. 1.
