Condolences to the President of

Due to last week's earthquake in Turkey, His Majesty The King has sent the following telegram of condolence to His Excellency President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

ANKARA
The Queen and I wish to express our deepest and most sincere condolences on the tragic loss of lives and immense destruction caused by the devastating earthquake on 24 January. We also wish to offer our heartfelt sympathies to the families of the victims and to the people of the Republic of Turkey.
