I am very glad to be here today. To meet you is one of the highlights during my visit in Mexico.

You have done a good job and prepared a fantastic show of Mexicana culture and music. And I have really enjoyed speaking with several of you.

I also want to mention that you have given me a wonderful surprise as a gift. I am very proud of you, that you within your organization have arranged thousands of hours of service to people who really need support in Mexico today. It is truly meaningful. Thank you very much for the generous contribution of your time. Your energy will be an inspiration to Scouts the world over.

I realise that this is only the beginning of the Messengers of Peace Initiative in Mexico. I hope to be able to come back to Mexico in the future, to hear and see what more amazing things you have done to change your world!

You have started well. Keep up the good work!
