The Queen and I wish to express our deepest and most sincere condolences on the tragic loss of lives caused by the devastating fire in a factory building in New Delhi.
Having visited India and Delhi only a few days ago on the State Visit – confirming our close and good relations – we follow the developments closely.
We offer our heartfelt sympathies to the families of the victims and to the Indian people.
