Children and young people have a true friend in Princess Lilian.

For many years she has taken great interest in the work of SOS Children's Villages Sweden. This organisation aims to provide a home, a childhood and an education to children who have lost their parents.
 
Princess Lilian often takes part in various fundraising events in support of SOS Children's Villages and has also visited projects run by the organisation abroad.
