Lockers/Coat Check
Lockers for storage of bags, coats, etc, are available beside the Ticket & Information office in the Outer Courtyard.

Please note that large bags, back packs must be stored in lockers during your visit. Umbrellas must be placed in the umbrella stand.

Lockers must be emptied before closing time.

Toilets
Toilets are located by the Ticket & Information office in the Outer Courtyard and in the Tre Kronor Museum. Charge: SEK 10

Parking
A limited number of parking places are available adjacent to the palace that are managed by the City of Stockholm.

Baby carriages are not permitted in the palace. They can be parked by the entrance to the Royal Apartments via the West Vault.

Photographing. Visitors are allowed to photograph and film for private use – without flash/lights, tripods, selfie sticks or other fixed equipment – as long as it does not disturb other visitors, guided tours, or other activity at the palace.

Mobile phones must be turned off during your visit.

Access, The Tre Kronor Museum

Entrance
Enter from the Slottskajen, under Lejonbacken. The entrance is on ground level. There is also an entrance on the Outer courtyard, on the western side, the same entrance as to the Royal Apartments.

Ticket sales
Ticket are sold at the Ticket & Information office in the Outer Courtyard or online, see menu Entrance fee

Elevator information
Elevators where there is differences in levels (3 persons or 250 kilos. 85*145 cm) For elevator service contact the museum personnel.

Steps/Ramps
The museum is located in the basement of the Palace. There are about 20 steps directly at the entrance. No elevator access. In the museum there is a difference in level with three steps and handrail.

To the exit (there is two exits, one in ground-level) towards the West Vault there is 20 steps with handrail.

Toilets
Wheelchair accessible toilets are located in the museum and by the Ticket & Information office in the Outer Courtyard and in the Tre Kronor Museum. Charge: SEK 10

Parking
Parking for the disabled is available at certain locations around the palace. Contact the City of Stockholm for information.
