On Tuesday 15 October, the Young Leadership Foundation held a workshop on value-based leadership at the Royal Palace of Stockholm.
The theme for the workshop was "How can good value-based leadership help to reduce social divisions?" The invited participants were recipients of the Young Leadership Foundation's Compass Rose Scholarship and the Swedish Academy of Board Directors' Golden Gavel Award. The aim of the day was to bring together experienced leaders and young leaders for intergenerational dialogue on value-based leadership.
