The King and The Crown Princess meet with Sweden's Climate Ambassador

On Thursday 11 February, The King and The Crown Princess held an audience with Sweden's Climate Ambassador, Anna Lindstedt.

The meeting included discussions about the global climate agreement signed at COP21 in Paris and continued climate work.

Anna Lindstedt has been Sweden's Climate Ambassador and chief negotiator since 2011, and works at the Ministry of the Environment. She led the Swedish negotiation delegation ahead of COP21 in Paris.

The nations of the world came together in Paris between 30 November and 11 December 2015 for COP21, the 21st session of the Conference of the Parties under the UN's climate convention. At the meeting, the nations agreed on a new global climate agreement to apply until 2020.
