On Tuesday 23 April, The Crown Princess attended the Swedish Association of Environmental Managers' Sustainability Day at Stockholm Waterfront.
The morning began with a discussion on sustainable business in 2030. Ulf Boman from Kairos Future was moderator.
The five Sustainable Leadership Prize finalists were then presented. This year's finalists were:
- Lars Appelqvist, CEO of Löfbergs Lila
- Kenneth Alness, CEO of Lantmännen Bioagri
- Nina Ekelund, Programme Director for the Haga Initiative
- Johan Karlström, CEO of Skanska
- Peter Norman, Minister for Financial Markets
After the presentation of the finalists, Alice Bah Kuhnke, Sustainability Director at ÅF, led a discussion on the social responsibility behind codes of conduct, supplier checks and GRI reports.
The morning concluded with The Crown Princess presenting the Swedish Association of Environmental Managers' Sustainable Leadership Prize to Minister for Financial Markets Peter Norman.
