The Crown Princess attends a seminar on stem cell research

On Wednesday 24 April, The Crown Princess attended a seminar on stem cell research at Karolinska Institutet in Huddinge.
The seminar was held in honour of the Chairman of the Nobel Foundation Marcus Storch, in recognition of his efforts via the Tobias Foundation. The Crown Princess is patron of the Tobias Foundation.
 
The aim of the Tobias Foundation is to support and maintain a register of Swedish stem cell (bone marrow) donors, and to support research into stem cell transplants and diseases of the blood that can be treated with stem cell transplants.
