On Monday 3 March, Prince Daniel visited the training company Hyper Island on Telefonplan in Stockholm. Hyper Island is a Swedish training company that specialises in digital and interactive media.

The Prince was given a presentation of the company's operations by CEO Johanna Frelin, Global Director Executive Education Per-Vidar Lundberg, PR Manager Alexandra Jerselius and Director of Hyper Island Programs Roger Sjögren.

In contrast to "ordinary" schools, Hyper Island does not have any teachers, tests or books. Instead, the students work with real projects. The Prince heard from students including Sara Svensson, Nella Lisserow, Valerio Palmerini, Jacob Matthiesen and Maria Duner, who spoke about their work with SOS Children's Villages.
