Prince Daniel opens the Swedish Young Enterprise Championships 2013

On Monday 6 May, Prince Daniel opened the Swedish Young Enterprise Championships at Stockholmsmässan in Älvsjö.
During the opening ceremony, The Prince spoke about the importance of young enterprise and how he is filled with energy when faced with all the creative ideas and meeting so many young entrepreneurs.
 
The Prince then visited the exhibition hall to find out about various business concepts and to speak with the young entrepreneurs.
The Swedish Young Enterprise Association is a national organisation that aims to promote enterprise among young people in Sweden. Sweden's leading young entrepreneurs were selected for the Swedish Young Enterprise Championships after having run their own businesses for a year. Almost 750 upper secondary school pupils from across Sweden exhibited 200 different business concepts under one roof over the course of two days. The finalists qualified for the championships after 24 regional semi-finals throughout the country. The finalists then exhibited their business concepts at Stockholmsmässan.
