The King and Prince Carl Philip attend a round-table discussion on salmon fishing in the Baltic Sea

On Thursday 12 January, The King and Prince Carl Philip attended a round-table discussion on salmon fishing in the Baltic Sea at the Royal Swedish Academy of Agriculture and Forestry.
The aim of the meeting was to discuss various issues relating to salmon fishing, and the meeting was chaired by Academy President Sara von Arnold. Over the course of nearly two hours, the subject of fishing was discussed from a number of different viewpoints, such as collaboration between environmental organisations in connection with the Baltic Sea salmon and nutritional and health aspects. The discussion included representatives from Coalition Clean Baltic, the Swedish Fishermen's Federation and Rural Business Development Ltd.
