On Friday 11 February, The King and Queen took part in a seminar in Bangkok, Thailand.
The seminar, entitled "Justice for women and children victims of violence", was arranged by the Association for the Promotion of the Status of Women (APSW)external link, opens in new window.

Princess Soamsavaliexternal link, opens in new window, who also took part, is APSW's highest patron. Princess Bajrakitiyabhaexternal link, opens in new window and Thailand's Permanent Secretary for Justice Kittipong Kittayarak also attended.
 
The seminar consisted of speeches, questions and answers, films and a panel discussion with participants including Thailand's Chief of Police and the Chancellor of Justice.
