On Saturday 9 April, The Crown Princess Couple visited Camp Tensta, a youth exchange between Tensta and Ludvika arranged by the Swedish Civil Defence League.
The Swedish Civil Defence League's wedding gift to The Crown Princess Couple was a youth exchange. The first part, Camp Lost, was held in the autumn on an island in Ludvika, and the second part took place in Tensta. The same young people came together at Camp Tensta as at Camp Lost At Camp Lost, the young people learnt about survival on nature's terms. The theme for Camp Tensta was youth and diversity for safety and security throughout society. Camp Tensta was arranged in association with Tensta Community Center. The programme included a number of study visits in Tensta, cookery sessions at which the young people from Tensta showed how to make dishes from around the world, talks and discussions on growing up in the suburbs. There were also sessions on Kurdish and Turkish dance, film and football.
