On Tuesday 20 December, The King and Queen, The Crown Princess Couple and Prince Carl Philip attended the formal gathering of the Swedish Academy at the Stock Exchange, Stockholm.
The Swedish Academyexternal link's formal gathering began with a speech by Horace Engdahl. This was followed by the induction of the new member, Tomas Riad. Tomas Riad takes over Chair number 6 after Birgitta Trotzig.
