The King opens the "Terracotta Army of the First Emperor of China" exhibition

On Friday 27 August, the King opened the "Terracotta Army of the First Emperor of China" exhibition at Stockholm's Museum of Far Eastern Antiquities, accompanied by The Queen.
The opening ceremony began with a presentation of the Terracotta Army in the Museum of Far Eastern Antiquities' auditorium. The speakers included Director General of the National Museums of World Culture Sanne Houby-Nielsen, Minister for Culture Lena Adelsohn Liljeroth, and Chinese ambassador Mr Chen Mingming.
The King declared the exhibition open by cutting a ribbon.
The King and Queen were then given a tour of the exhibition, which is located in the caverns beneath the island of Skeppsholmen.
