The King chairs the Advisory Council on Foreign Affairs

On Tuesday 23 November, the Advisory Council on Foreign Affairs met at the Royal Palace of Stockholm.
The King is chairman of the Advisory Council on Foreign Affairs, which according to the constitution (the Swedish Constitution Act) shall meet when the government wants to discuss important foreign policy issues with the Riksdag.
 
The Advisory Council on Foreign Affairs is a consultation group, which means that it does not make any decisions.
