Queen attends Sophiahemmet University College's 125th anniversary

On Tuesday 13 April The Queen attended the 125th anniversary celebration of Sophiahemmet University College.
Following a welcome speech by Vice-Chancellor Jan Åke Lindgren, Professor Ingela Rådestad made a speech entitled: "When a meeting is a parting - the importance of nursing for parents who have lost a child during pregnancy".
The Queen's speech was entitled: "The Silvia Sister - a new skilled colleague in dementia care". In her speech The Queen highlighted the cooperation between Sophiahemmet and Silviahemmet.
Sophiahemmet offers a degree in care science with a focus on dementia care.
