Queen speaks at Vienna conference on palliative care

On Thursday 7 May, The Queen delivered a speech at the 11th Congress of the European Association for Palliative Care in Vienna, Austria. The conference dealt with the issue of palliative care, i.e. care of patients in the final stages of life.
