Crown Princess Victoria's name day was celebrated at the Royal Palace on 12 March, with music from the army's drum corps.
Guards and military musicians presented flowers to the tune of "With a simple tulip". The celebrations ended with a cheer in unison and the special Victoria fanfare.
This was the last time that the army's drum corps would be involved in The Crown Princess' name day celebrations, as the corps will be closed down after this year's batch of drummers, in connection with the reorganisation of the Armed Forces Music Centre.
