Crown Princess receives “Pink Ribbon"

On 1 October, The Crown Princess held an audience for Ursula Tengelin and Bengt Westermark from the Swedish Cancer Society, who presented her with this year´s “Pink Ribbon". This year´s ribbon has been designed by glassmaker Ingegerd Råman.

This year marks the Cancer Society´s 6th Pink Ribbon campaign.
"Every year around 7,000 women are diagnosed with breast cancer. The illness does not only affect the woman, but also her family and relatives. This is why it´s important to support the Pink Ribbon campaign, so that we can raise money for research. You can show your support by buying and wearing a Pink Ribbon!"
