On Wednesday, September 26, H.M. The King opened Nationalmuseum´s new exhibition with works by Alexander Roslin (1718–1793). The exhibition shows over 100 portraits from different periods during Roslin´s life.
The design of the exhibition recreates parts of the environment Roslin lived in, as well as painted, during the 18th century. After the showing at Nationalmuseum the exhibition will move on to Versailles, outside of Paris.
