The King Attends Nordic Battle Group´s FINEX

On Wednesday, November 7th, The King attended Nordic Battle Group´s final exercise (FINEX) in the areas of  Luleå, Boden and Jokmokk.

The exercise is being held weeks 44 through 46 and is a part of Nordic Resolution 2007.

According to the Swedish Armed Forces “the scenario is created to imitate a peace enforcement operation similar to the ongoing operations our nations are conducting over the world today."

Besides Sweden, the armed/defence forces of Finland, Norway, Estonia and Ireland are also participating.
