Those wishing to congratulate the Crown Princess Couple are asked to consider making a donation to the Couple's Wedding Foundation, which is very important to them.
Application by letter Dates have now been set for those public authorities, organisations, associations and companies wishing to offer their congratulations to the Crown Princess Couple: 30 May, 1 June and 3 June. Applications to take part in these occasions should be made in writing to the Royal Court. The letter should state the name of the authority, organisation or equivalent, the name/names of the person/people intending to take part, as well as contact details.
The letter should be received by the Royal Court by 26 April, addressed to:

Replies 12 May Replies will be sent by 12 May to everyone who has applied.
Time and venue for attendance Those who are granted the opportunity to offer their congratulations to the Crown Princess Couple will be informed about the time and venue. Those who have applied but unfortunately not been granted a time will be informed about alternative ways of offering their congratulations to the Crown Princess Couple.
Any gifts can also be received at the Royal Palace for forwarding to the Crown Princess Couple. Gifts that are handed in at the Royal Palace should be marked with the sender's name and address.
Greetings lists Lists where the general public can express their congratulations to the Crown Princess Couple will be available at the Royal Palace on 5 and 6 June, 10 a .m. until 4 p.m. on both days.
There will be greetings lists for the general public in the South Gallery, entrance via the West Gate.
Greetings lists for the diplomatic corps will be available in the meeting room of the Office of the Marshal of the Realm, entrance via the Office of the Marshal of the Realm's door in the Outer Courtyard.
