On Wednesday 29 March, The King presented the Swedish Quality Award 2016 to C2 Management.
The Swedish Quality Award 2016 was awarded to C2 Management. This is the 25th year that the Swedish Institute for Quality (SIQ) has presented the award to model organisations that have developed their long-term and short-term quality and improvement work.
C2 Management received the award for "practising clear and committed leadership. A clear culture of quality is demonstrated by its committed, involved employees. Taking responsibility, showing an interest in developing and contributing towards a healthy working environment where the team succeeds together are all supported by both established methods and innovation. The links between values, objectives, processes and results are clear. Communication and the dissemination of information within the organisation are straightforward and immediate."
The Swedish Quality Award has been awarded annually since 1992 by the Swedish Institute for Quality (SIQ). The aim of the award is to highlight good examples of quality development in Sweden.
