On Friday 10 November, the World Scout Foundation's board meeting was held at the Royal Palace of Stockholm.
The King is Honorary Chairman of the World Scout Foundation
(WSF). The aim of the WSF is to raise funds to support and continue to develop the global Scout Movement.
About the Scouts
The King is Honorary Chairman of the Swedish Scout Movement, and since 1977 has been Honorary Chairman of the World Scout Foundation (WSF).
The Scouts are a movement for children and young people that operates in almost every country of the world, based on strong values and working to make the world a better place.
